Changes to USDOT's DBE Program
Effective October 3, 2025, the USDOT published an Interim Final Rule (IFR) requiring immediate changes to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program. USDOT has released FAQs regarding the changes.

National RTAP 2025 Conference
The 6th National RTAP Technical Assistance Conference (Wrangling Access and Mobility in Rural and Tribal Transit) is set to take place in Austin, Texas from December 7-10, 2025. Registration is still available. A detailed agenda and presenter information is forthcoming.
